اعدام گروهی ۸ زندانی در زندان رجایی شهر کرج

به گزارش نبض به نقل از خبر گزاری هرانا، ۸ زندانی ، روز سه شنبه ۵ اردیبهشت ماه حوالی ساعت ۴ صبح که روز گذشته اززندان قزل حصار به سلولهای انفرادی بند ۱ زندان گوهردشت منتقل شده بودند به دار آویخته شدند.
اجساد این زندانیان در سردخانه بی‌بی حکیمه کرج نگهداری می‌شود و به خانواده‌های آن‌ها گفته شده است که می‌توانند اجساد آن‌ها را تحویل بگیرند.
اسامی زندانیان که صبح روز سه شنبه ۵ اردیبهشت اعدام در مورد آن‌ها به اجرا گذاشته شد به قرار زیر می‌باشد:

Sentencing of ethnic Arab activist Mohammad Hardani to 10 years imprisonment

HRNA news agency- The Public Revolutionary Court of Ahvaz sentenced Mohammad Hardani, an ethnic Arab citizen of Ahvaz, to 10 years imprisonment on charges of cultural activism in the neighborhood of Mallashiyeh. This sentence was handed down at the end of March 2012.

According to HRNA reporters, human rights reporters of Iran, Mohammad Hardani, married and living in a deprived neighborhood in Mallashiyeh was arrested by intelligence forces a few months ago and is now sentenced to 10 years imprisonment.

محکومیت محمد حردانی، فعال فرهنگی عرب به ده سال حبس

خبرگزاری هرانا - دادگاه عمومی و انقلاب شهرستان اهواز در اوایل فروردین ماه سال نود و یک، "محمد حردانی" شهروند عرب اهوازی را به دلیل فعالیت فرهنگی در محله ملاشیه به ده سال زندان محکوم کرد.

بنا به اطلاع گزارشگران هرانا، خبرگزاری حقوق بشر ایران، محمد حردانی متاهل و ساکن محله محروم ملاشیه که نیروهای اداره اطلاعات آن را چند ماه قبل دستگیر کرده بودند، به ده سال حبس محکوم شد.

حردانی در طول بازداشت مورد شکنجه جسمی و روحی قرار گرفته و پس از تحمل زندان انفرادی اکنون برای گذراندن ده سال محکومیت به زندان کارون منتقل شده است.

(۱۲ بهمن ۱۳۹۰) کمپین بین المللی حقوق بشر در ایران امروز گفت که ایران باید فورا حکم اعدام سعید ملک پور، برنامه نویس اینترنتی مقیم کانادا را لغو کند و در مورد ادعاهای شکنجۀ وی تحقیقات مستقل انجام دهد.

پدر زانیار مرادی محکوم به اعدام: پسرم بی گناه است؛ اتهام قتل به او برای زهرچشم گرفتن از من است

پدر زانیار مرادی، زندانی کردی که به اتهام “محاربه” و”مفسد فی الارض” به اعدام در ملاعام محکوم شده است در حالیکه در کردستان عراق به سر می برد به کمپین بین المللی حقوق بشر در ایران گفت: « متاسفانه من و مادر زانیار در کردستان عراق زندگی می کنیم و جز مادر و پدر پیر فامیل دیگری در مریوان ندارم. حالا از طریق دوستان زانیار شنیدم که او را از بندش در زندان رجایی شهر کرج به جای دیگری منتقل کردند و همین ما را خیلی نگران کرده است.

Death and Prison Sentences for Four Kurdish Activist

According to a source obtained by the International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran, Ali Afshari and Razgar Habib Afshari, two of four Kurdish brothers detained ۱۴ months ago, have now been sentenced to death on charges of “moharebeh” (enmity with God). Two other brothers, Jafar Soltan Afshar and Vali Afshari, have each been handed a five year sentence on charges of "acting against national security".

5 Ahwazi Arab political prisoners will be executed in public.

Security officials contacted with the families of five Arab people arrested last year in the town "Mlashyh" in West Ahwaz city and they reported the imminent death sentence. The defendants are three brothers named Rahman, Taha and Jamshid Haidari, their cousin, Mansour Heidari and Amir Mavy.
They were arrested for killing a security officer and wounded one of the partners, the ministry said. Their families say they confessed to being involved in armed action has been taken from them under torture.
